Where is the Custom Banner Folder?

The game doesn't say where to find the Custom Banner folder or the Banner Template. Opening a file location from within the game shows it being in some mysterious "Network" location that I can't open.

I just found the answer. I hate answering my own questions but someone else might find this useful. Its located in the AppData folder for Windows. You can get there by typing "%AppData%" into your File Explorer. Then check the "LocalLow" and "Roaming" folders to see Lion Shield's folder.

they also seem to keep your saves in the appdata folder, which seems like a really odd choice as most game on windows just keep stuff like that in your "documents" folder,

I did it a much much easier way;
when you go in game and press "open file location" it opens up a file explorer tab in a folder that is called custom banners or something, all you have to do is open up another file explorer window and drag the picture file into it :D
