IMO only on sale.

The game is very easy (even on hardest difficulty) and still lacks more content.
However the devs are still working on new things and the game is fun while it lasts.

If you liked Banished, Kingdoms and Castle is basically a easier and more simplified version, but not less-fun. The game is calming and if you like the art I would really recommend it to you. For now you can have an easy 5hours experience, ( wich may not be worth 10$ ) but the devs are constantly givint it more content, so if you don't mind waiting until the game grows to have a full experience, then it is for you !

Personally, I think it is. It's only $10 after all, so you can't expect a ton of content. There's also a pretty big update on it's way.

i had 649 people in my kingdom just get overthrown so it was a waste of 102 hours
