Job Priority Please
No I am not talking about construction. So I have a huge base with towers, agriculture and other jobs like stockpiling and construction. I do not have enough people to do all these jobs and neigther do I want to. I don't want 300 archers on standby 24/7 when there is no war. But turning off all the towers one by one then turning them back on and turning off other jobs is such a pain. A building (like a Council of Chambers) that allows me to prioritize jobs would be great. Like in times of war I should be able to prioritize military and in normal times prioritize agriculture and construction. If not that at least give me the option to turn off all towers at once. Or maybe a bell that signals call to arms.

I think there are two things here.

A button/switch/bell that signals maximum staffing for military (above all other jobs), OR minimum staffing for military (after all other jobs are filled). I don't have much use for this, but it is a popular request.

Either the ability to say "build this first", or the ability to "close" construction projects - temporarily put it on hold, but don't demolish and don't lose materials. I often have a lor of construction in progress, but then something comes up (often a dragon coming down), and I suddenly urgently need a blacksmith, quarry, tower, or something else critical rebuilt right away.

This is on the list to address. Something to deal with bulk re-assigning workers will end up either in the next update or the one after it.
