Game crashing

Hi, FaZeMarksman, sorry to hear that. Could you describe a little more how and when does it freeze/crash? You don't have to start over the game to get to the last Act you got to - just press Continue on the title menu and see if the problem can be reproduced.
One more thing we could suggest is to change the resolution in "Display" menu on the title screen to a lower one to reduce the workload for hardware slightly.

the game just freezes like the sounds keep going but there is nothing happening, i cant puase or anything it forces quit and restart the act over

it is random when it freezes i am in the third act, now i just deal with the restarting. i enjoy the game very much! It's just that i can play a bit then freeze not at any speific place

Oh, that's really unfortunate, sorry about that =/ So close to the ending too. It seems like the game gets a little heavy at that point for the machine you are trying it on. Please make sure that all other applications are closed while you are playing (i.e. Internet browser, Skype, etc.), that could help with performance. Running it on a more powerful machine would be another option.

Having the same problem here... Exactly as FaZeMarksman described. It happens to me in the first Act though. And I have tried the previous suggestions, but it does not fix the problem.

@Pardocs, sorry to hear about the problem, seems like the hardware is not handling the game requirements well enough. One other suggestion I can make is to turn off the light from the lamp in the corner of the room. I noticed the on the machines with low specs it increases the framerate sometimes.
