Try to clean your system's unnecessary or redundant files by using a cleaning software, then turn off as many programs as possible before playing the game. Xigncode might be false detecting a process in your system as a hack tool.

Try deleting "FSeFootball.exe" and the "XIGNCODE" folder in Steam\steamapps\common\FreeStyleFootball.
