Theme Music

Does anyone know if the theme song can be purchased/downloaded anywhere? I've read in various places that the soundtrack itself can't be bought, because of distribution rights, but the theme seems to be separate from that.

For the Song Broken there is an instrumental version that is linked in the description of their promotion video on youtube (won't let me post the direct mediafire link)

Also the OST is available for download but since I'm not sure whether it is officially published or not I won't post the link. I didn't find a source where one could buy the music from yet.
