Cannot progress with Williams route?
I am trying to apply for the Intern at the Palace for Williams route but it isn't letting me. The headmaster just tells me I need to hone my skills.

Are my stats lacking?

Int - 96
Stamina - 86
Skill - 125
Taste - 123

Aethestic - 82
Perseverance - 86
Social - 92
Charm - 88

Blackening - 33

What did I do wrong?

Your blackening is the issue. To progress with Henry, your Blackening needs to be under or equal to 20,and with William, it needs to be less than or equal to 10.

No problem! If you saved a bit before the option - you should be able to just go to Reims' restaurant and eat your way back down :)
