Echelon Protocol?

Hey guys! VS Front Spy and hopeful Oli-lover, Sonny, here. I was wondering, although the threads seem a little dead, does anyone understand the Echelon Protocol Achievements? I got 3, 6, and 7. They seem to be written in an HK-47 (Or Glitch, for Starbound fans) style of stating the intent of the sentence before speaking it. They seem to be a secret achievement set, and I'm curious as to what purpose they serve or what their trigger is. I'll post the quotes from 3, 6, and 7 (although it's ironic I'm asking what you guys think because of 3's command)
Echelon Protocol_3: Statement: You Have Found The Game Within The Game; The Echelon. Command: Tell No One. (Unknown trigger, happened in the first Elite Trial)
Echelon Protocol_6: Query: Do You Love Me Too? Can You Even Hear Me? (Possible trigger: choosing a romance, I specifically chose Oli)
Echelon Protocol_7: Query: Am I Alive? Are You? Does Belief Make It So? (Possible trigger: choosing to tell Prince Everly about my beliefs, I specifically chose whatever the fourth option was about not mattering what belief you had as long as you put it into action)

It seems at least part of the achievements are bugged and will fire even when the previous ones weren't unlocked. As far as I can tell, they were to unlock sequentially only.

On a replay of the game so I thought I'd try to revive interest in this; still unable to get ecechelon 1, 2, 5, 8 and 10, anyone had luck with those? I've tried a few suggested ways but no luck. As a perfectionist/sucker for these things I keep trying but I can't get farther than this.

I'll try to remember through my random playthrough's. But I'm like you, I tend to want to uncover as much as I can achievement and story wise. (I actually just sped through the alternate Ending if anyone wants the know how to get it if they haven't. It's not a GREAT piece but it's an amusing turn about.)
