where can i find iron ore ?

Where can i find iron ore when the first is finished ?

I don't think there will be any specific place due to the maps being randomly generated

The world is randomly generated, so you’ll have to explore a bit outside the starting zone to find a new iron vein; there are stone (gray), tin (gray + light gray), copper (gray + light brown) and iron (gray + brown) veins. I suggest you use copper bars whenever you have the chance to choose from copper or iron bars; save the iron for items that require iron or steel.

You can find you iron, tin, and cooper in rocks. You will see different colors throughout the rock. Use you pick axe to break them down and eat sunflower seeds to keep up your stamina. Good luck and have fun

My Iron rock boulders in the starting area first gave me iron so I was able to complete the first quest, but now only give plain rock. They still have the iron coloring, but no iron drops from them. :( I have not found any other iron deposits on the map yet.

The ore nodes will vanish once they are depleted of resources. If you still see them you just haven't hit them enough times and they will still give you rocks or ores.
