Fast pelt farming?

I am using my tailor table but i somehow run out of pelt pretty soon, and it's hard to farm it fast; any animal provides it?

Pelt can't really be farmed. You have to basically just go on excursions into the areas you know that there will be a lot of boars, foxes, bears, moose, etc and kill as many as you can. It's a good habit to attack them whenever you see them and store all the pelts whenever you get a chance. Early on, you only need a handful, but as the game progresses you start seeing items that require a lot of pelts to create. Essentially, just kill everything with fur you see and save it in a chest so you don't lose it when you die.

Hi Silent, yeah im lvl 7 and need a lot of pelts for my clothes; such a shame we need to spend so much time killing animals to find them.. i just spent 140!! Kinda tedious for me.. Thanks for the reply!

hours of searching for pelt killed this game for me. this game breaks the fun when bears and boars and foxes drop 1 pelt only. spent 2 hours for 14 pelts!!

Loaded game, walked outside the beach area. Killed 20 some odd goblins then proceeded to kill foxes and bears plus random goblins. 30 minutes later I have almost a full stack of gold and copper coins and 21 pelts along with fangs and meats. How it took you two hours is just plain exaggeration. Unless you teleport to some random biome that rarely has beasts. You are doing something wrong.

Here I can do it also.
I logged in killed everything and spent hours looking for creatures. They seem to never spawn.

And last your little adventure.

If only they could somehow reduce the pelts required to craft clothings, or maybe make the pelt a guaranteed drop from the animal monster, since there are instances that as you go deeper there are animals that doesnt drop pelts at all.

build a portal a the location from your first shard, kill everything there, port home, sleep, port back and so on...

You don't need to sleep after porting.
Just port back home, then go to the portal you were before and it'll be enough for the monsters to respawn.

Indeed pelts are quite a pain in the ass to farm; but you need around 100 to get all your clothing; after that, the amount needed is quite easy to get.
