what do i do if i see mama

so im on the night where mama first apears and im in the house and she cuts my flashlight but i cant get away enough to relight it what do i do to avoid mama

she only kills when making noise such as tattletail yelling while lights out you need to get away from mama or behind a wall then shake flashlight

I haven't played this game in 4 years but I think you just stand still and turn off your light

what i like to do is step as far away in the room as i can and then recharge my light without minimum noise and listen for her to go away and rarely ill take a quick look to make sure shes gone and I MEAN QUICK like SUPER QUICK, dont want the light going out.

also try and move away silently without running. If you are trapped sometimes she camps there and you are dead no matter what you do :(

Try walking to the xmas tree it gives u light and no need to shake the flashlight now

Try to look away, in my experience she disappears faster that way. I might be wrong tho
