I know you got the first code from the tag you get in the good ending but where did you get the other two codes

Also from the tag. 9918530 is his production code, 22-5-98 is his birthday and 4175860420 is a combination of the PO box and postcode given.

Prototype 04 could be the Mama we are attacked by.

When we first encounter Mama though, it was one of the originals.

Then probably got tossed out of the picture to let Prototype 04 begin their murder spree.

The Waygetter surveillance room could be going through Tattletail's/Mama's eyes, either helping you, or leading you to your demise.

The Mamas in the storage room are likely the ones built but then, since they were banned, none could be marketed.

Yet 2 escape, the one twisting their head around and the prototype. The twisted one doesn't last long as it's thrown out of the way very quickly,

Maybe Prototype 04 are the Mamas. The one twisting it's head is the One in-game.

I'm pretty sure "04 Prototyping" refers to a room in the factory where they make the prototypes, not any specific item.
