"Hardcore" achievement broken?

I did it on same level got the same problem with the dead on 3 seconds. Just got it with 2 seconds to go and it popped.

Sometimes it has to do with whether you've collected another resource after all the objectives are met. Another second maybe required for all the guys running to the finish, that's why the achievement pops up with only 2 seconds left in some cases. I got the hardcore badge in level 1.4 without even intentionally going for it.

The 3 seconds left should be the moment when all the objectives are met.
