This game glitches out my PC

I start it up and it doesn't show the window, only the indicator on the task bar that says it's open. I got past this error using Alt+Enter, which is a way to take the game out of windowed mode and into fullscreen. Ok, fine, no big deal. The bigger issue is that I can't play past a certain point in the game without the game completely going crazy. It won't crash, it'll just take the game out of fullscreen and put it back in windowed while activating computer functions (like the start menu and Cortana) without me clicking on them. And if I use Alt+Enter to put it back in fullscreen, it shows the map and then just goes back to windowed mode and glitching. I am very frustrated and would like to at least know if this has happened to anyone else.

I think this is happening to many of us, we all have problems with this game and I'm sorry but I don't really know how to fix it. My problem here was more of the lagging but idk how to fix what you described, sorry

I had this issue too! But here's how I solved it :)
So left click on the game, go into properties > local files > browse > V3 launcher, and from there you can change it up to fullscreen. After, so its not smaller, you can change the resolution to something higher. Mind you; it will be a lot slower so just a heads up. Hope this helps!

You can also launch the Configuration Tool by pressing play on the game through steam. When the window pops up press "Launch Configuration Tool", the first option is where you can switch it from window to full screen!
