Does anyone know of any or a list of all secret areas in despair dungeon monokumas test? Or a list of where to get s and u tickets?

This guide has the tickets and close to, if not all, the secret passages.

Yeah I would've linked you to that guide, it's very helpful and what I've been using. There's also the Talent Development Guide which I've been using to help determine which characters are good for which stats.
