Kokichi Love Key Event (Spoilers)

I already finished the game but then I heard about the Key of Love. I didnt want to play from the start and I continued from my saved files. I am currently on chapter 5, I had the damn key and I have been trying for 2 days now but I just cant get Kokichi. Is there no way for me to get him in chapter 5? He is still alive btw. I only get Tsumugi , Maki , Keebo and Himiko :( Do I need to be on the early chapters for Kokichi?

If you load the save data in which you completed the game (or any other save data with sufficient progress, really, but as you already finished the game it's preferable to load that one) you can select the earlier chapters and not lose any progress, as the game will allow you to replay them as you wish to collect anything you might have missed. After obtaining the event, you can save and quit and none of your progress will be lost.
And, for story reasons, Kokichi really shouldn't be available for these events during Chapter 5, so it's not a bug.
