KOREKIYO'S REBUTTAL SHOWDOWN

I DONT HAVE ENOUGH FRAGMENT TO BUY THAT REBUTTAL SHOWDOWN SKILL AND I AM STUCK. NEED HELP.

It's not that hard to defeat him in a rebuttal showdown. I dont think you need a skill

It's too fast. I tried slowing it down but that only worked for the half. Sword is coming too slow.

It sounds like you might be doing the truth blade slash instead of the normal one. The truth blade slash has a way longer cooldown since it's only meant to cut the opponent's weak point.
