Will Danganronpa v3 ever be made compatible with mac
Mac is gay so I would like to know when it would be compatible with Danganronpa v3
(And Despair Girls)

No way V3 would run on most Macs since it can't run at the lowest settings on my i7-4500U Intel HD laptop. Actually, Intle HD in general won't be able to run either game.

By the way, Macs usually don't ship with graphics cards. They normally use onboard graphics with the CPU.
Oh, so it has to do with graphics. I guess that makes sense. I will keep this in mind for later threads.
Yeah, 1 and 2 run on fundamentally different engines compared to UDG and V3. It's probably because 1 and 2 were built for PSP originally, and UDG/V3 had a more console/PC approach rather than a portable approach.

The start of that sentence though, xD. I have no idea when it will be compatible with MAC. I've seen many other threads addressing this issue but none of them have been answered so far...I'm pretty sure the previous games worked with MAC so I would be patient or find another computer to use it on.
Yeah, i wanted to know because i bought DR v3 because it was on sale. At least i will still have chaces to play it though.

The author of this topic has marked a post as the answer to their question.

MAC is for work and other stuff like that. It's really not a gaming computer.

Actually, Apple themselves say that Macs are made for graphic design, not business work. They claim Windows PCs are the ones for business/work and Apple is for "creativity".

Despite this, they don't come with GPUs nor powerful CPUs to begin with, so it's really not good for either of them.

As game evolve so do the systems, and I guess MAC just can't keep working with certain games like DRV3...

Mac's been not keeping up for a long time my friend. Windows PCs are not only cheaper, but also allow for better customization and in return better specs.

Want a machine for work? Get a build with an SSD boot drive, HDD internal storage device for documents, a buncha RAM, and a powerful CPU like an i5.
Want one for graphic design? Focus more budget on RAM and CPU from the previous build.
Want one for gaming/game dev? Take the first build and add a GPU.

The most a Mac would have in my experience is an SSD, and that's not even common I think.

That last sentence though, xD. They probably weren't built for gaming in the first place then.

Technically they were. Originally, the first model, was built just like a Windows PC meant to be a generic home user PC, sure. However, when Pixar moved away from Disney to make their first 3D animated film (This was a long time ago), Mac changed their tune to create systems with GPUs so that Macs could render graphics easier, and thus perform better graphics design.

As a result of building computers with powerful GPUs for its time, this made Macs more preferable for graphic design, and gaming was a very viable option.

Not being built for gaming means that it also wasn't built for graphic design either, which means Apple has literally torn away the purpose of a Mac that it had established for such a long time without actually making it more useful for other purposes.
