Graphics issues, help?

I'm up to the third class trial, and for some reason whenever I start, the background doesn't show up. The text appears, but I can't see the background, so I don't know what expressions anyone is making, and the game doesn't even show who's speaking in the sidebar.

I've tried messing around with the limited graphics settings, but nothing's worked. Someone help?

Edit: Never mind, it's fixed... somehow. I'd still like to know what caused it, if only to help prevent it.

Loading a save file that is in the middle of a class trial causes the bug, afaik the only way to prevent it is to reload a previous save. Wondering wtf happened that somehow fixed it for you however.

So it's the FXAA then. I turned that off and it didn't seem to work right away, but after playing a previous CT it started working. I guess if I just leave it off now, it'll be fine.
