So that's what it was, I never noticed because I was playing with a controller.
I know for sure an object you can hit for coins is the desks in the first room that you wake up in/where the game starts.
DRV3 possible spoiler ^^^^ ...But, I still haven't read your comment because of spoilers...
xD.
Dude. You ruined for me what would've been an amazing and possibly even groundbreaking twist. I'm actually really angry at you for this.
Getting monocoins in this game is very different from the previous 2, is never explained by the tutorial, and uses a button nobody would even think to try using when they just have a cursor around a room.
All we wanted was some help with not missing out on the pre-first-trial social links, not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ huge beginning-of-game-ruining spoilers. If it's possible, please delete your post. If you do, let me know so I can delete this quote of it, too.
Also, someone's a little triggered, xD.
It turned what would've been a completely blindsiding twist, that I've never seen in a game before, that would've made me feel as emotionally destroyed as the other characters did, into something I saw coming a mile away. And made me keep thinking about it instead of being able to enjoy the beginning of the game properly. You shouldn't be telling me how to feel. That's not how emotions even work. You should be understanding exactly why it ruined it for me.
And yeah, I'm triggered, because I don't spend a lot of time on places like reddit or 4chan and so that was the first time a stranger has ruined a twist that amazing for me, after I waited years to get experiences that amazing from a franchise that doesn't release a new installment very often and may never release a 4th one for all I know. And the fact that it happened in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tech support thread just makes me even more angry at how unfair the situation was. The only way I could have possibly avoided it was by completely not caring about social links.
EDIT: Seriously? The clover-clad chan site's name is censored here?
