Unresponsive Controls?
I noticed some other people mentioning this in comments, but I wanted to ask you guys about the off and on responsiveness of the controls of the game overall. I barely started the game, but there are times when I try to either use the M1 control to advance text or the CRTL button to speed things along, but somehow this doesn't always work. Same goes for the spacebar when I wanted to autoplay some of the text to test out the controls when I realized something was wrong with the other controls. I was playing in Windowed mode and right away there were problems, not to mention lag at certain moments when the game switched between character dialogue in the same scene.

I don't think there's much I can do to fix the issue on my end, but I hope there is a fix on the way for some of these issues as it appears I'm not alone in experiencing these moments. In the meantime, if someone has a solution to try and solve this issue please let me know!

Dialogue and Menu Select Issues??
Sometimes, whem I'm trying to continue the dialogue by left clicking, pressing enter, or control, it either takes a second to register, or I have to press it multiple times just to get through one line of dialogue. The same thing happens when scrolling through menu options, inventory items, etc. Either it doesn't register the click/scroll, or it skips over some of the menu options while scrolling. Why is this happening with a game I paid $60 for, lmao.

I cant scroll in the menu and my camera is permanetly stuck up, liek if up was alwasy pressed
Already checked my keayboard with the logitech software looks like the problem is in the game wtf

Yep, already experiencing the issue with the dialogue. It often takes a second before you can move on to the next text box. Ugh. Doesn't seem to be an issue in menus though.

As for the camera, I think it continuously adjusts the camera to be level whenever you're walking?

Stream FPS Issue
( first of all, I do know the rules about streaming past the 1st chapter.) I was trying to stream (using OBS) the prolouge, but the first time you see the soundtrack player in the top left corner it would drop from 48 frames to 6 frames. If you guys have any advice to tell me I would be very grateful :). This is on computer

unresponsive controls
There have been multiple instances in this game where it simply doesn't register my inputs and I find myself left clicking or pressing the enter button repeatedly to progress. I've noticed there's a topic on this that solves the issue by adjusting the settings in the nvidia control panel, but my laptop doesn't use nvidia. Is there any way to fix this yet, or am I just going to have to wait for a patch?

I have the same problem in fullscreen mode. Switching into windows mode fix it.

Only current workaround I've discovered for non-responsive controls is to alt-enter into fullscreen mode and then alt-enter out of it. For some bizarre reason the controls start working again properly after doing this.

Thank you for the fix, though it seems like this only works for a few seconds before the controls become unresponsive again. I feel like I can't play the game at all without having to constantly switch between fullscreen and windowed.

Same input issue since release. After a short amount of playtime, single button-press inputs stop responding reliably. Toggling between full screen fixes it, but only temporarily.

Hi. Experiencing the same issues over here.

I'm having this same issue as well. My laptop broke down a little while back, so I'm currently using a loaner laptop that has pretty bad specs and I have to close most other programs in order to get the game up and running, but I don't know if the issue is specific to some limitation of this laptop or not, as the two previous games will run perfectly on it. This isn't a huge issue for me overall, but it makes some of the in-trial mini-games difficult when I have to click several times before the command is actually registered. Hopefully there will be a permanent fix to this!
