Downloading Problems

So I preloaded the day the preorder came out, and now im having problems finishing what's left of the downloading. It either says something in the folder is locked or only does disk usage. Anyone know what's up?

I'm in the same boat as you (Do you like boats? ). Mine's been stuck at 98% for awhile now. I'm going to try restarting my computer and relogging into Steam, and see if that does anything. It could just be that the server is really busy since the game just came out and a ton of us are trying to play it. But I feel like the preloading should have prevented that problem? I dunno man...

It's some ~300mb update which has come out in the last 8 hours or so. Kinda annoyed because I downloaded the whole thing last night and then got up early to get a couple of hours in before work...

Ok so the problem was solved just by waiting it out. You might have to restart Steam, but preloading is just downloading the game files, not installing. This is to prevent people from poking through the files and playing the game early.

Yes, my pre-load got stuck at 98% too, but that is because there is a big chunk of stuff to download at that part. So anybody who comes to this thread, please just be patient and wait the issue out; nothing is going wrong.
