When you get further into the game, you get a few more minigames and harder versions of those minigames.
Other than that, i've read somewhere that the slot machine on the right is the best to gain coins.
Yeah the harder versions pay more. Since I played on pc, and this is a singleplayer game, I made a simple button macro that just constantly hit the same button. Then I just left for work.
Some of the skills you can buy there are really good. Tranquility in particular.
Everything else is optional in my opinion. Stuff like the love keys I'd personally recommend waiting until you complete the base game. There is a better moment to use them.
