Question about the Ultimate Talent Developement plan.
Okay so, I just started playing this mini game and I have a few questions and apologies if this question has been answered already. Practically I was wondering... I know that you can unlock the other characters from the previous games, I'm assuming after you've played all the characters from V3 for the first go around? My question specifically is how do you unlock the other characters? Are you required to pass three exams for each character/one character or do you only have to play each V3 character once to unlock the others?

I also thought that the stats that I developed for Kokichi (since I used him first) would stay there instead of having it reset when I played him again but it started back to 0 and I was also wondering if that was supposed to happen after it saved at the end? I hope this wasn't too confusing!

All the development will be used in a new mode that will be unlocked where it's like a classic rpg and you can have a party of 4 people. In the dungeon you can get money to get the DR1 and DR2 characters

The Talent Development Plan is a minigame about training characters in a board game, and it's linked to the minigame you'll unlock as you finish training a first character, which is named Monokuma's Test and is basically a RPG using your Talent Development Plan characters.

If you want to unlock the other characters in the Talent Development Plan, you'll have to train a few characters from the DRv3 cast, take them in the Monokuma's Test minigame, gather money there and then finally use that money at the Cards section of the Talent Development Plan to buy new cards, from whichever cast you want them from. If you want DR1 characters, or DR2 characters, you'll be able to use your coins to buy cards from those games specifically.

In case you're also interested in Monokuma's Test, an additional information you might want to know is that cards have different quality ratings, which are (in order from weakest to strongest) N, S and U cards. Characters from a higher quality will get much more levels / skill points / stats from going through the Talent Development Plan than characters of a lower quality, which means getting those characters is important (and eventually necessary) for Monokuma's Test.

Yeah, the comment above me basically answered your question. Monokuma's Test and Talent Development Plan are completely linked. You make characters in Talent Development and utilize them in Monokuma's Test. Eventually you'll get used to how it works. There are two guides to help you with how to use the modes, but I mainly just use this one: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1162344915
Which states what each character is good at and which they develop fast at in the Talent Development.
