can someone help fix the cutscene lag ?

So I've been playing danganronpa for a while now, and in the other games, I haven't been having this problem. I am at the fourth chapter now and I've gotten fed up with these cutscenes because I can't cry as peacefully while the characters are getting executed. Like for example, in the first chapter, when Kaede was getting executed, I could already hear the piano playing when she was getting dragged up. I tried searching up how to fix it online, but all of them were outdated, around 3-4years older, and didn't work. PLEASE if anyone can help me fix this problem I would marry them /j. I just wanna watch the cutscenes in peace.

The game hasn't been updated since shortly after release so guides for it can't really be outdated.
Generally the cutscenes lag because the videos are too high bitrate for your CPU to play well and the guide where you reencode them all in lower quality is the only fix.

Does the link still work in that fix? Tried using it and Mega would only say it was removed or not the right link

Scroll down to the bottom of the guide if CRIpack is giving you issues. I'll edit in a message into the guide. Sorry for the confusion.

please do not use BeeLy's videos! He somehow messed up the order of the videos and when the roulette came out after the vote (in the trial), I got spoiled about another upcoming killer (this happens in chapter 3), be careful
