"Reaction Voice" Won't Let Me Advance Text

Just started the game after tinkering around in the configuration menu (which controls really weird by the way). At the very first scene when the boy comes out of the locker, without me pressing anything, "Reaction Voice" pops up on the right side. When I attempt to left click to advance, she will simply say something from the reaction voice bubble (in which the mouse is drifting), and I'm unable to advance text with left click. Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem. When I hit the escape key, it will make the bubble go away, but it always comes back whenever they start speaking again. It's really frusturating.

Likewise. Not really worth playing in this state.

I also faced this problem the first few times I tried to play the game. But I managed to fix the problem by using a gamepad to play the game and so far it's playing normally. Maybe you could try using a cotroller too.

doesn't reaction voice come up when you hold right click on shooter mode? I've never had the reaction voice prompt come up unless I was holding right click, ( not in class trials, right click moves the camera ).

For some reason Reaction Voice pops up on my screen as soon as the second character appears, and I can't find a way to make it go away.

I'm having the same problem.. unplayable ffs. Is there no solution?

I know this is an old thread but it's the first result on google so I'm putting this here to help people who may have this problem.
Try disabling HID devices in device manager. I just disabled vJoy and every game controller and now the game works fine. This is where I found the solution, so if you need more info try checking here: https://www.reddit.com/r/danganronpa/comments/6y20vu/demo_bug_help/
