Is Tsumugi's talent real or was it implemented into her just like the others characters of v3 ?

Personnaly I think it is more likely that she wasn't born with this abiity and that it had been implemented into her later , because it would be super weird if she was the only "true' Ultimate of the v3 world.

But if her talent was implemented, it means that there is a high chance that false memories was implemented into her as well just like in the case of the other students. Taking that into consideration, it means that there is a high chance that she is a victim as well, a totally innocent person turned into the mastermind by the true organisators ...

I really hope they will make a sequel or something if only to make clearer what is true or not in the end of v3, but I'm probably just dreaming ..

Good question. I believe it's more likely that her talent was faked, Of course, if her talent is faked, then I believe it's very likely that even her identity as the mastermind was faked, and that she was just like the rest of them before Team Danganronpa forced her to be the mastermind. Of course, her cosplay is really good, better than the Ultimate Impostor's digsuises, in fact, so that could suggest that it's a genuine talent.

I don't think you nessessarily need to decide between "she is the only true Ultimate" and "her talent was implanted". There is enough room to argue that DRV3 is in the same universe where the Kamukura project happened. This means there are other true Ultimates and her talent really may have been implanted at the same time.
