there are several songs in this game that i could see being used in videos unrelated to the game. can we use them?

Heyo! on the OST we explicitly state that you CAN use the songs in your videos!

"As long as you are not directly reuploading the music with no other content you are free to use the songs in this OST in any videos or streams whether they are monetized or not."

So feel free to use them when streaming or in static videos like on YouTube without an issue. We won't ever DMCA claim anyone unless they just reupload the OST with nothing else going on.
