8-bit Bayonetta disappeared from the store

The game disappeared from the store. Does anyone know if it was a temporary game until the launch of the main Bayoneta?

It was an April Fools joke/teaser for the Bayonetta port. It was only a temporary thing, but if you have it installed you can still play it.

I'd recommend making a backup of the game files since you probably can't redownload it now.

Just an FYI, if you put the free games that disappear from your library when you uninstall them in your "Hidden" category, they stay in your library permanently so you can install/uninstall them whenever you want. Just start the install, pause it, right click the game and choose set category, mark it as hidden, then uninstall, and it stays in your library.

Just use it as an adresse in your favourite internet browser and it should ask you about steam or instantly open something in steam.

Is there a list somewhere of all the free/removed from store games that you can still get like this?

there is also an game scanner which tells you the amount of removed games you own.

there is also an forum thread in there which someone is updating with all games going from paid to f2p.
