Issue with preserved liver witch request / need help
i have an problem with this quest, i have the item but the scene didn't play and im stuck in the 3rd dungeon, i think i mess up the order of the events

Isn't the request both preserved liver and gnomes blood? I've never seen a sequence break or soft lock in this game.

You need to get "gnomes blood" in the west area of the second dungeon.
