anyone know about this? destroyed everything in gnome world still cant find this item for story

Check items, should be key items. I don't think you can get rid of key items.

Item was Eastern Gnome Kingdom, bottom right?. I think.

checked, no gnome blood
i also checked the treasure list i didnt see gnome blood in gnome kingdom

You can enter into the back of the village. Go to the western portion of the N area.
