Graphics and sounds and pretty nice.
Game runs smooth, too.
The current Chaos Gate more or less did and it’s a blast, and as I’ve been playing it I’ve thought about how THIS game could’ve been so much better if they had just made it like that.
In general, I feel like the XCOM formula is perfect for any video game adaptations of small-scale skirmish type tabletop games (Necromunda, Kill Team, War Cry, etc)
the Company Can't copy the rules or warbands from the game; if that happened there would be so much more content.
You mean the next game they abandon? Yeah, I'm with you.
heads, chaos gate
tails, mordheim
If it's the gameplay and Warhammer IP that intrigues you, give Mordheim a shot possibly. I tried it recently and while it wasn't my cup of tea, I can still recognize that it is the better polished game of the pair. I prefer this over Mordheim because I'm weird, but this game is indeed abandoned and certainly not what I would consider polished.
