If the game is too slow for your taste (AI takes too long to move) do this
It's ♥♥♥♥ simple, you use cheat engine to speedhack the game, so yeah... that makes the AI move faster

♥♥♥♥ simple if you know how to use Cheat Engine to find the right variables. Otherwise, not ♥♥♥♥ simple.

you dont have to find any variables whatsoever, just launch cheat engine, attach it to the necromunda process and hit the "enable speedhack" button to the right. then set it to the multiplier you want and then apply and thats it, very easy

wow... i tried it and it works.

its a shame game doesnt have built in options to do run ai turns at a faster speed modifier.

How much more bearable is it sped up? Is there any other effects? (Never used cheat engine and this sounds tempting.)

Well your number one enemy is gonna be stability, speed hacks tend to lead to more CTDs especially if you have a weaker rigg

And then sometimes some games start behaving differently

well the thing with the speedhack is it makes absolutely everything run faster, that includes the enemy but also your own guys so if you set it to something insane like x10 you are going to have a lot of trouble moving your guys, personally i am running it x3 and seems to be a good middle ground.
To answer your question it helped alot, the waiting really bored me.

Thank you, that's really helpful. I'll give it a try. If I go over two hours as a result you should get a cut of the sale price. ;)

edit: also thank you Muscarine, your post hadn't cleared when I replied. See what happens. Worth a try if it just reduces that feeling that I'm watching the AI play itself.

I never even considered this. Good idea. Has it caused any additional issues?

Awesome, homemade fixes. Thanks cheaters, for once you did something good.

So thank you again. That is a definite step in the right direction. Pace of the game feels much better. Much more engaging. Especially when you get to 2+ AI gangs on a map. It's still, yeah, but I feel happier playing for sure.

And just to say I've not had any noticeable issues so far, but limited time using it obviously. (AMD 1600x, GTX 1080, latest Win 10 slow ring insider build.)
