Mangar's Tower Location

27 hours in and still can't find it. I've even defeated Mangar himself. Can anyone tell me where this is so I can finish the sidequest?

Under Skara Brae, bottom left on the map, pass the ghost who is on fire (the one you have to help)

At some point you had to visit the Duke in his hideout. Door is in his chambers.

Yup, found it there, didn't notice it before. Completed it and got the weapon after the 8 waves of enemies too.
