skara brae cogs
I found all the forest cogs but I still need some for the door near the adventurers guild.

I found one in Kylerans Tower and one at the Inn in fettercairn, where are the others?

Just the same problem:) Could we miss another one in Kylerans Tower or Sentry Tower?

I believed the Quarry cog to be one of the forest cogs...

I found one in a dead end on the island but not sure if it's for something in the past or something yet to come. I still need one for under skara brae so maybe that's it.
Nope, wasn't it. I'm still missing a "simple cog" for the gate near the AG. No idea which ones I put on there already. The one I have says it's a simple cog but it's green so I imagine it's from something still to come.

Another cog can be found on Isle of Stronsea on the east side of the island overlooking a cliff, just after the church and 1st puzzle castle bit. It is next to a wooden box.

For the other four cogs 1) one is in a barrel at the quarry bar.
2) one up on the hanging bridge northwest in Sacred Grove. You have to use a grapple to reach it.
3) Middle of the map near the large skeleton bone. It is near a dead corpse with a puzzle gate (southeast-east).
4) On the table of the cave in the northeast of the grove.
