Anyone found merchant that sell this seed? So limited in game....

I think I was able to purchase one (yes, only one) from the couple in the Trow camp.
I too am short on Bluebells. I have a TON of Lily though. And nothing to use them in. :(

Besides Granny vendor who showed up at Torr Fion village, there were 2 hidey bide stashes (out of 3) in the middle of Lost Rookery that, at least for me, had 1 bluebell each.
