Sentry Tower Candles? [Possible Spoilers]

I've gone up and down this tower about 85 times, until my eyes hurt. I've found all but 2 of the candles. Anyone have any insight where some of the candles are?

EDIT: ok found the answer in the other thread

"1312423 and align it with the notes you used on the floor before: XFXxTxF"

Been trying to hit every bell once and try to get the stone to land in the middle. Think I tried every combination of that just figured that wasn't the method anyways.

I was 3 candles short but got a spear from one of the pillars with the candles, the one closest to the stairs.

Likewise, I was 2 candles short, but got the spear from that same pillar. I assumed the entire point is for the spear, so I was fine not worry about the other 2 candles.

I had same results as you guy's just wondering was I supposed to find the girl or learn a new song? I found the spear but I don't know if I finished the quest.

The girl is dead - you can use the "What the river takes" ability on the glowing pile of bones near the dungeon entrance on the first floor.

Odd. I didn't get the spear. I got the dialogue saying 'so that's it', but can't find the spear itself. I wonder if it makes a difference which candle holders you use?

yes it's the one closest to the steps with the rock formation

Nothing there for me.. Got a candle in that one, too.

For the 12 Bell 'dancing stone bit' you use the same song as before...

Reset it with the Stone song, and follow the usual notes, the trick is (which took me a while to notice) that when choosing which bell to hit (there are 3 of each type, on each side) you need to make sure you are picking the one that lines up with where the stone is.

got 6/7 candles cant figure where the last one can be, no more rooms to explore, unless there some very well hidden secret button somewhere...

The clue is in the book...the verse about the spear says its under Skara Brae. One of the columns in the room is a diorama of Skara Brae. Insert the Candle in this one..and the spear appears. So you only really need one candle!

What is a bit screwed up.is once you place candles..you cant unplace them.
