I've seen a lot of high res/full screen screenshots of the game shared here on Steam. Anyone knows how to activate that feature?

Thanks. I tried that patch but it doesn't work right. The resolution works perfectly but it messes up everything else. I can't select options from the menus, the buildings tab disappears altogether, I can't even exit the game without using the task manager.

Which resolution from the patch did you choose? The higher it is, the more messed up the hud becomes. Widescreen 720p is fine for this game.
