I think is it an idiot statement. lot of players already own this too old version of Redneck Rampage (original, GOG, ...). There is no interest in buying a DosBox version without any kind of evolution.
And lots of folks don't own it via GoG. The point is: There needs to be considerable interest to custify the cosiderable expense of re-engineeering a game from scratch.
And again, we're talking about the least successful of the Build Games, Blood will probably see an HD remake first.
I would love to see a Redneck Rampage HD port in the vein what Duke3D and Shadow Warrior got, but Start_Running is right, it's the least popular of the BUILD games.
