Game is a Bit Blurry/Resolution Issues

Hey guys! My monitor's native display is 1920x1080, but in-game Blade Strangers very obviously did not scale to my monitor. Everything from the text menus, character models, and stage backgrounds are slightly blurry and it's a tad off putting. I'm thinking the game was intentionally made to be low-res, because there's no in-game display settings other than windowed/fullscreen.

Anyone got any ways to make this game scale to 1080p? If we're SOL, I'll just suck it up because the slightly blurry resolution of this game is my main complaint atm
I run on an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050ti if that helps
