Issue Starting Game

Hello,

I'm having an issue starting the game. When it starts, it looks like my head is really close to the ground, and not at "eye level". I took a screenshot (in non-VR, but it looks the same in VR) of how it looks: https://ibb.co/HDGzj7St . Because the head is so low, the controllers aren't registering, so I cant select anything. Can the head level be adjusted so I can play the game?
