Dinner Boy?
Here's the excerpt from the achievement guide.

"Hope you're hungry.
This is an easter egg. Have your kitchen level at 6-7. I have mine at 10 but I can still get them. Go to options > Auto Equip to Never. Keep refreshing the tavern and you might see soda junkies. Click on them and look at the name. If it says Dinner Boy. Recruit it. You can Unequip the Bib and Fork.
Dinner Boy is the same as Soda Junkie and this is useful in starting levels and farming.
Take note that the tables that have food on them and theres a soda junkie. Its probably a Dinner Boy. -Thanks Fae"

I have reset my tavern, and checked dozens of Soda Junkies. I just keep resetting over and over, following the steps above, and I can't find this stupid Dinner Boy...
Any additional tips?

Get max stools and tables and level 7 or higher kitchen.

Go into options and set auto-equip to never.

Don't try to find dinner boys if you have other classes unlocked already because you'll drive yourself bonkers refreshing so many times.

The best time to do this is at the start of a fresh dimension before you even do a single run in the dungeon. You should do it every dimension after you meet the requirements to get dinner boys because the Forks are quite powerful for dimension progression.

If you're in warrior dimension already and just trying to get the achievement, get the taps upgrade and turn all other classes off so nothing but soda junkies are spawning in the tavern.

P,S, The only way to tell if a soda junkie at a table is actually a dinner boy is to open the hire window so you can see if it's named dinner boy and has a fork and bib equipped. Otherwise, they're completely identical to soda junkies.

They are capable of spawning even at max level anything in your tavern, other classes impede their spawn

They are capable of spawning with everything maxed (that's what I had), but other classes will lessen your odds by watering down your pool obviously.
Best bet is to reset your dungeon, so you have no sodas bought, and then you'll only have soda junkies. Just keep resetting (AND make sure the auto equip is turned OFF), and you'll get it after about a dozen resets. Also note, the name changes before you even hire them, so no need to hire the soda junkies to check.
