Yes I noticed that there is no missable items when I started the +100 floors.
But is this community dead or no one plays it anymore ? Also does this game keeps updating new content ?

Damn Steam client and it's crappy copy/paste implementation :P
Also about game content, the devs push updates and new content frequently ;)
Your first 3 relics should definately be attack, hitpoints and gold find.
The attack relic guarantees you extra damage, the hit point relic guarantees you extra hit points and from that stronger heals from your healers and the gold find relic guarantees you extra gold.
The crit chance relic only adds a small increase to the chance to get a critical hit. It is the one I'd recommend for your 4th relic because that's around the point where you're going to be able to more easily max it out and reach 100% critical chance.
You can get dinner boys as early as the start of dimension 2 if you know about them and plan at the end of dimension 1. If you're already in dimension 2, it's going to be faster to wait till dimension 3. This is because only the soda junkies spawning at the tables with food can be dinner poys so if you've already re-bought some ot the sodas it can be a chore to try to spam the beds until you find enough dinner boys. Just make sure that you get max stools and tables and at least level 7 kitchens before you finish dimesnion 2 so you can set your auto-equip setting to "never" and hire your dinner boys at the start of dimension 3. Those forks make a big difference considering you can get them right away at the start of every dimension.
After you get max stools and tables and level 7 kitchens, there is little to no reason to ever stay in a dimension to grind after you can progress to the next dimension. At most you might stay for 1 extra run to spend gold on an expensive tavern or VIP upgrade you are close to getting. Otherwise it is more efficient to move on to the next dimesnion. Afterall, you already were strong enough to get to the floor you beat the boss on in your current dimension so you have all those floors in the next one to get a bit stronger and gain some gold.
The only classes you need to get to the warrior dimesnion are healer thief and knight. Anything past them is just a waste of gold you could spend on other things that don't disappear at the end of a dimension. If you really want to try them out go ahead, but they aren't neccessary or even all that usefull.
Your basic strategy for each dimesnion is going to be about the same each time. Get 5 dinner boys for the 5 forks and run the normal dungeon with them till they lose. Re-run normal dungeon until you can buy sodas to hire healer, thief and knight and have demon armors for them. Then run Lair of Despair a few times getting upgrades and relic levels. Lair of Despair is a much higher gold to time reward than normal dungeon even though you don't get to as high a level. Every few Lair of Despair runs, you can do a normal dungeon run from your last stopping point to see if you can get to the next boss yet. Once you beat the dimension boss and open toe portal to the next dimension, spend what gold you have left on tavern and VIP upgrades and / or essence once you get the essence well and move on to the next dimension.
Here comes Mr. diss old but reliable, know it all, wall o' text guy :P
Yeah, yeah you know a lot, but try to keep it short but sweet. Wall o' text is a pain or haven't you realized that yet.
Better yet, why don't you just write up your own guide if you really feel that that old guide is inadequate by your standards and direct people towards it. Instead of writing up a damn novella whenever you answer a new thread where the author is seeking advice.
Or at the very least stop criticizing others for providing good information to help correct the bad informatioin in the guide you continue to put forward.
Like Handoiron said, the only classes you really need in each dimension prior to the final dimension are Healer (x1-2), Thief (x2-3), and Knight (in the 5th slot). The only real exception would be once you reach level 690 in the 7th dimension. That's when you want to switch to all Fighters until you clear the dimension, since the boss at floor 700 will OHKO anyone in your party that's not a Fighter.
There's so much stuff I could suggest that could improve this game that could be added to the next part.
