1 gold find is 1% more gold -- it adds with your normal gold find stat so if you have 500% gold find already from relic / gear, you'll be at 501% gold find with 1 ring of riches equipped after opening 1 chest. I'm fairly sure multiple rings add for each so you could stack up a BIG gold find bonus from multiple rings. Add to this the thief in party opening all 3 boss chests and it'll build up fast.

and it says we can find those mystic rings between 12k-16k levels , does that mean if i am higher now, i have to go back to find them or they can spawn further ?

it seems that this ring is hard to get. i;m running those floors with 410% item find cahnce (and thief ) and as for now i havent found a single one T_T

i have the caps one, the chest one, and the critical one, but on my tablet i have 2 cap ones

level range listed in compendium for item drops is not that great. At best it just shows when they start dropping so no you don't need to go back to those levels to get those items to drop. I got all of the new accesories running in level 500k+ of LoD but you don't need to be that far in.
