can you put ornos to sleep (condition: poor)

idk if rng hates me but im trying to get condition poor achievement and ornos is the highest hp boss i have atm but sleep never seems to activate

i even put team members that dont inflict status on defend but eh.. i cant put it to sleep fo rsome reason

EDIT: idk if julius can be pout to sleep either...

EDIT2: NVM I got it somehow on a mob. idk if some bosses are immune to some status but y'all watch out

all bosses are immune to sleep, which makes sense, since it'd be a bit too easy
