Loot distribution?
Loot looks good in the first dimension, much worse in the second, and became worse and worse each dimension on (I am on 5th).

My current feeling is like same loot table distributes evently by full scale. It lessens by "blue" and better items, but standard looks like that it rises from stools to megaswords from 0% to 100%, regardless of dungeon size.

It's hard for me to explain in abstractions, so I'd better put it in examples.

- Dimension 1. Loot progresses from stools to katanas to assassins daggers to demon swords to hero's swords from L1 to L100.

- Dimensions 2. Loot progresses from stools to katanas from L1 to L100. Then it contaminated with stools etc. L2, but L1 loot progresses from assassin's daggers to hero's swords.

- Dimension 3. Loot progresses up to apprentice's wands on L1-100 (really, I hadn't anything better at this point!), up to Daemon's swords on L101-200, and high-level equip appears only from L201 and on.

etc., etc.

It seems, blue items follows the same pattern, only slower. So in result, on my 3rd dimension at L270 I had angel armor for everyone, kelviums, great shields, 2 cannons, 10 confusing crystals, etc. On my 4th I got 5 angel armors somewhere around L350 and got first orange item close to this point. Right now, in 5th dimension, on L270 I have _one_ Angel Armor and my best weapon is Daemon Sword L2. As if it's L50!

Am I only one with such luck, or it is planned feature? (I can accept that it's only me being such unlucky - all in all, 5 test cases is too low to make wide conclusions).

Use Thieves for item find. Items have a base range they can drop in, Thieves increase your chance of getting those items. Look at the Items section in the book at the top left of the screen on the main or tavern screens, it tells you the level ranges.

Unfortunately, I _have_ 2 thieves in my team. Moreover, one of it equipped with +better item chance magnet.

Just for test the case, I went from L1 to limit with this team on auto-fight (Dimension 5, mind you). They was able to progress up to L289.

With similar case on third dimension I got 5-7 angel mails, 5-7 kelviums and countless demon swords and other "normal" high-level stuff. Here I got 1 Skeletis (never seen it before), 6 Angelic mails and 2 Demon mails L2. (No more armor higher then Ninja suit L2). On weapon side it was 1 (and only so far) Kelvium, one (from 2) Magic wand L2, 3 (from 5) Demon swords L2, and one (and only) assassin dagger L3. Everything else is assorted trash ranged from broken bottles to apprentice staffs. In the special section it is 3 Holy cannons... and this is all. (Well, there are 10 fire gems and 12 monster meats, but nothing _useful_). Heck, I even still haven't a single anti-magic bottle! And every after-boss chests (that I got all three because of thieves) was utterly trash, with oh-so-useful katanas, axes and turtle shields, up to the end.

See? Actually, only items that more or less match the book are shields. For some unknown reason I have metric ton of frost, demon and shark ones, from L1 to L3. :)

It's random. I'm on level 60000 on LOD and I still see stools, and other useless items. Gear is very sparse in the game. Once you get your few pieces you need, I almost wish you could set gear to autosell. I'm sitting on 99 of almost all items, and it's all nonsense.

Yeah, I have nothing against low-level items in general, if it is part of set. But I feel like it's _all_ set up to the middle of my dimesions, and it's annoying.

Actually, it _is_ autosell at the tavern shop. I only scared to use it. :)
Equip all of your characters with Vaan's Magnet (and all of your equipment which has %better eqipment) and rerun from the same specific floor or upper floor.

The items' drop is random; I got Stick of Truth Lv. 10 even though I started my LoD from floor 80K (It is descripted in Bestiary that Stick of Truth can be obtained at floor 13.5K - 15K).

Well, Vaan's Magnet specifically says in the description that it have the chance to drop _better_ equip, so I don't thing it qualifies. :)

But of course, it is way of lessen the problem. But problem is still here. Interesting question if authors read Steam forums... :)

To be truth, equipments which have %Better Items bonus help me a lot by give me everything I needed, especially Legendary and Mythic.
I never got any single Legendary Item until I gave them Magnets.
So did in LoD, I got my first Mythic (Quartz Ring) just from first grinding (floor 1 until my units died at floor 331) by gave them Magnets.

In your case, if you don't get any single Anti-Magic Bottle even though you have equipped them properly, maybe it is just a bitter luck. Perhaps you get a lot of them later.

I wouldn't worry about it. There is a progression guide in the guides section. Follow it, and be happy. Once you get past the D1-10 nonsense, gear REALLY stops mattering. What I mean by that is, you can go days without even getting an upgrade. It's all about the relics.

I only just finally got my mag crit items. I went 3 days of grinding before that with only gold/MF gear on, just to get my relics up.
