Tengen (Level 700 Boss) Help

Once appearing he says something about getting fighters ready. Then after a round of combat he casts "Fighting Spirit" dealing 500 damage to himself and my whole party flees/dies.

What am I missing here?

Use fighters on the boss (the guys with the green mohawks), take 4 and a healer (healer in any of the first 3 slots)

I could only kill him with merchant/healer/fighter/fighter/fighter setup. Praying the 50/50 skill of the merchant hits him on the 1st turn.

I have problem getting to the boss with 4 fighters and healer - monsters on the way wipe them out. However I run on auto eq & battle, so is there any setup that gives highest chances of winning?

all it takes is grind, grind, grind until your members are strong enough to wipe the floor with everyone in their way.

I've run on manual and got through easily with 4 Fighters + Healer. I also upgraded Fighters relic to Lv15 just to be sure.

i was having problems with my healers dying to ambushes so i ran 3 fighters, 1 healer, and 1 knight. all my relics were lv 25 as well. didnt have a problem after that

how can you get 4 fighters? i have always problem to get 2 of the same unit.

Just use beds - it's tavern upgrade that let's you rotate heroes in tavern. Just roll it until you have enough.

After maybe 100 attempts, I've yet to respawn a tavern selection that offered more than 2 at a time of any class except the junkie. And I skipped ruffian and conscript so they're not even in the possible mix. People really spawn 4 fighters?

hire the fighters you see... then refresh with beds and hire more... beds doesn't clear the party members you already have hired...

In case someone finds this, on the "Buy Soda" screen you can turn off sodas. Aka the bartender will no longer offer them. This will remove "useless" classes that you might not need. Remember that the VIP will have one soda at lest.

You can't turn off classes until you buy the taps VIP upgrade. If you have taps when you're at the point of fighting 700 boss for progression, you wasted ALOT of time farming before warrior dimension.
