where is all the rare items at??

ive been playing this game for a while and now im on level 340 and havent been recieving nothing but the same items where is the rest of the items and how do i obtain them??, please help

level 340 is not very high. You havent even seen half of the bosses yet. If I remember correctly the last boss is level 800. max leveled stuff is higher than that.

Certain items only appear on certain levels and, as you can see from the suggested website (the wiki overall has a lot of useful info that I would suggest you read through), actually you could get rare items at your stage already so could just be a matter of luck. Last boss should be 1000 but you can play well beyond that. Read that people played till hundreds of thousands...

ive clicked the link and some of the items are starred does that mean they are rare to legendary and thanks for the help it could help me in this game

Just before the Bestiary section it says *Only obtainable during Christmas. I've more or less finished the game (at least I've gotten all achievements for now) and I've not seen those items so yes, it seems that what is said there makes sense.

Vaan's Magnet is a held item that increases gold and item find %. Farm 201-300 over and over until you get Vaan's Magnet items. I would recommend at least 5 of them, but you can double them up on any class that can hold 2 item slots.

On a side note, Thieves get a passive 20% item find. So the more thieves the more likely you are to find rare items. If you can, use a party of 4 thieves and a knight to farm Vaan's Magnet. This will net you 80% extra item drop rates for rare items.

Once you have your magnets, rare items will drop far more frequently. You can check the journal for specific drop locations once you have found at least one of a specific item.

Not all items drop at all levels. So if you are farming 300-400 you may never find a single Vaan's Magnet or Midas Plate. However, 200-300 produces Vaan's Magnet, and 400-500 drops Midas Plate.
