use healer to heal the boss.
If you have cleared the boss once, the next 79 floors after that should be a breeze for you. If you are relying so heavily on weapons and armor that you can't just jump to 501 at d6 or 701 at d8 then you should spend some time leveling your relics.
I cleared the level 1000 boss with a level 50 Atk relic and level 40 HP relic. Dinner boys used from floor 501 to about 550 so I could grab a quick 150k to unlock sodas: Healer, Thief, Knight, and Darkmage (just for the 90 reputation to unlock Knight at 750). Then with 3 bibs, 5 forks, and 2 coral armors, my team H, H, H, T, K went straight from 801-1000 and cleared the boss.
There is no way 100 levels of any relic is "necessary" to clear the level 1000 boss. Not that it wouldn't be nice to have.
