Sounds like the Steam release is a success then? I know it's early in release so it's too early to judge profits from it, but it does sound like Soda Dungeon 2 is a go, from your message. And over 2,500 peak players today is definitely a good sign.
I just hope that if Steam helped give the go-ahead for Soda Dungeon 2 that it'll also benefit with having the game released on Steam as well.
Soda Dungeon on mobile performed well enough that our publisher was interested in funding a sequel anyway, but good performance on Steam will still help cement their stance.
